If you lose a card, we are personally available to help you 24/7 and will immediately block the card. Once the request to block the card has been received, you will not be liable for the loss or theft of your credit card and no liability fee 6 will apply.
Secure online payments – with 3D Secure
You can use your Deutsche Bank MasterCard today to conveniently shop online. The 3D secure process known as Mastercard Identity Check will make the transaction even more secure. During this check, two independent security features are examined to ensure that an online payment is being made only by you.
Free text message service
Added security for your credit card: If a suspicious transaction is made, a text message will be immediately sent to the mobile phone number that you have provided to us. This gives you better protection against unauthorised use.
